La console non è mai stata estratta dalla scatola, che però è stata aperta per controllare la batteria dopo la segnalazione di un cliente, che ci ha fatto scoprire che tutte le batterie al litio delle PSP, pur se nuove, a causa del non utlizzo si sono rovinate (è, purtroppo, un noto difetto delle batterie al litio prodotte in quegli anni). La batteria rovinata è stata rimossa, siate consci di questo se acquistate la console, che è SENZA batteria. Su richiesta possiamo procurare una batteria non originale funzionante.

The console was never took off its box, but bothe boxes (bundle one and PSP internal one) are open, due to a check because of a not working battery. We discovere that all the PSPs batteries, even if new, were damaged by aging,  because of the long time they weren't put in use (it is, sadly, a known problem of litium batteries). Because of that, we sell this PSP bundle WITHOUT any battery. Upon request, we can get for you a working compatible replacement battery.
