HOW TO ORDER MADE TO MEASURE BLINDS

1. Measure the recess width of the area where you are fitting the blind
2. From the drop down menus select the option your measurements fits within
3. Add all required blinds to your basket
4. Complete checkout

IMPORTANT NOTES

• IF YOU DO NOT INFORM US OF YOUR RECESS MEASUREMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS THEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT AT THE MAXIMUM SIZE ORDERED.
• If you purchase a smaller size range than the recess size you request, we will Cancel and Refund your order
• Please use the 'recess' measuring guide shown below (also in the image gallery above)
• ONLY provide the RECESS size. Blinds will be made to the sizes you provide (NOTE: Fabric will be approx 4cm narrower)
• The blind drop is set to approx. 150cm - if you need longer please contact us
• These items are excluded from our returns policy and therefore non-refundable - This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Your blind is made to order so please allow 2-5 DAYS production time plus delivery (usually next day via courier).

Measuring Guide

How to measure windows for your blinds (also see pics in gallery above):

INSIDE RECESS

To fit the blind within a window recess - Measure the width at the top of the recess (wall to wall width) with a tape measure and include this measurement in your message to us during checkout.

OUTSIDE RECESS

To fit the blind outside of the window recess - Decide how much you wish the blind fabric to 'overlap' the window on both sides (We recommend at least 75mm on each side to reduce as much external light as possible showing). Including the overlap measure the width of the window space and enter this measurement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:-

Delivery
All of our items are made to order here in the UK and delivered within 3-6 working days (UK only) but we aim to dispatch your blinds within 3-4 working days.
All orders are posted sturdy, double walled boxes and blinds wrapped in a protective clear wrapper.

Returns
14 days from goods delivered - Items must be returned back in original packaging and in original saleable condition for a full refund or replacement.
However, we do NOT accept the return of our blinds which have been:
altered by us or by you
- any personalised and/or bespoke orders
- if the incorrect measurements have been given to us
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Colour Accuracy
Every effort has been made to show colours accurately however due to different computer monitors/calibrations colours may vary slightly from the image shown on this site. If in doubt - please order a fabric sample ( you will receive a unique code to reclaim this cost upon ordering a full sided blind ).

Please Note;
If more than one blind requires altering then please also specify which size goes with which blind style. If these specifications are not detailed during checkout then your order could incur a delay.

We do not alter the drop of the blind. The blinds come with a standard drop of approximately 150cm. The fabric is lowered to the required drop and the remaining fabric stays rolled on the roller.

EXACT measurements are required, we will not be held responsible for any errors during checkout.
We do NOT accept the return of our blinds which have been altered by us or by you.
If your blind is being cut to size then we may need to contact you via eBay message / by via telephone to confirm sizes. Please include a phone number when making your purchase in case we require any confirmation of size etc.
