The chip needs to be mounted on a suitable heat sink, and a thermal grease is applied between the heat sink and the chip. The area where the heat sink is mounted needs to be polished to ensure that the surface of the heat sink is smooth. This item does not include heatsink or cooler. LEDs and drivers need to be soldered by the buyer.
