The courier will attempt three deliveries, if the delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to me and an additional delivery charge will be made. Courier option is only available for the UK mainland.If you live in postcodes IV, AB, KW1-13, PH19+, PA20+ - please contact me prior to bidding as the courier fee will be higher. If you send me your telephone number, I can pass it on to the courier to help arrange suitable delivery. If you are unsure, please contact me prior to buying. I always send a despatch e mail so please contact me if you have not received your item after 5 working days. I always obtain proof of posting and I will always help to resolve any delivery issues. I can only send the item to the address held by e bay.
We will accept returns if sent back within 14 days of receipt. The item must still be in the original wrapping. The customer is responsible for the cost of return unless the item is faulty. We will not accept claims for hanging the items. We will refund items less outward postage when returned to us if the above conditions are adhered to. If you buy wallpaper and subsequently need additional rolls-please request the shade you need, although we cannot guarantee to supply the requested shade, we will do our utmost to ensure the correct shade is supplied.
