    RETURN POLICY
    * If you have received a defective item or not as described, please contact us for an RMA# within 14 calendar days for an exchange. Item returned without an RMA will not be processed or not handled properly. Returned items should be packed in an outer shipping carton, products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: Original boxes, packing materials, instruction manuals and blank cards. Products returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition will be refused. 
    * If any item was offered with Free Shipping, the standard shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of the original charge for all items returned that qualified for "Free Shipping" in the first place.  
    * Refusing delivery is not acceptable & will be treated as an unauthorized return and you will be charged double the shipping cost + 5% restocking fee. 
    * In accordance to our policy, all other returns are subject to a minumum 15% restocking fee. 
    * Shipping & handling are non refundable.


    SHIPPING POLICY
    Items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Saturday & Sunday considered not business days.
    Combine shipping. An invoice will be sent  for multiple items.

    International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
