Payment Methods
We currently accept Paypal, credit cards, Purchase Orders and Wire Transfers. International wire transfers are accepted for a $35.00 transaction fee.
Shipping
We always offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items. Final combined shipping rates will depend on item weight and dimensions.
We ship items within 2 Business Day of receiving payments.
We offer Collect Shipping via DHL and FedEx service at buyer's expense. If the item is to be shipped via Freight, please contact us for a shipping quote. You may alsochoose to have your shipment picked up by your carrier.
Tax
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns
All refund requests must be initiated within 30 Days of Date of Receipt. Transactions outside of 30 Days are not eligible for refunds.
We offer Refunds for items which are Not as Described or Non Functional.
Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals.
