Nitrile is one of the commonly used materials for O-Rings. It is a cost-effective choice and is suitable for a range of different applications. Nitrile is particularly good at sealing against fats and greases at a temperature of +70°C.
NBR is a popular choice for Agricultural, Dairy, Plumbing, Mining, Rail and Transport Applications. NBR is suitable for environments where Hydrocarbons, Fats, Oils, Gasoline and petroleum based hydraulic fluid are present. NBR is attacked by Esters, Ozone, Re-tones, Aldehydes, Chlorinated and Nitro Carbons.
temperature range for Nitrile is -30°C to +120°C however should not be subjected to any extremes for long periods of time.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm the same day or First thing the following working day at the very latest.

A special delivery next day by 1pm shipping option is also available for the UK. Please note that if you place your order on Friday the next day shipping is for Monday.
