- Costumes and accessories (including shoes and wigs) generally run smaller than normal clothing sizes.  We recommend you either try on the item at a local store, consult the manufacturer's size chart (we are not responsible for errors on manufacturer size estimates), or if unsure about size, purchase the item from a seller who does accept returns.

Item Quality/Description

- We are resellers, not manufacturers.  Many costumes and seasonal items are inexpensively manufactured and intended for one time use. 

- Most of the photos in our listings are stock photos direct from the manufacturer.  Many times, these photos contain accessories not included with the costume.  Please read the description carefully prior to ordering.

- If you receive an item that is defective (not matching manufacturer's or listing description), PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY IMMEDIATELY.  We want happy customers and we will do our best to fix the issue.

- We will only ship to the buyers eBay address on file.  This protects both you and us under eBay's buyer protection.  A tracking number will be provided.
