Turn OFF 'Find my iPhone’ From Phone Setting
Make sure that your phone is locked to Vodafone Uk Network Only.

Make sure that you agree to the time frame / terms and conditions.
After you place the order, please provide us your 15-digit IMEI during check out or via eBay message.
Please obtain the IMEI from the phone its self, by dialing *#06#, or go to Setting > General > About.
If you get your phone second-hand, please do not obtain the IMEI from the phone box / SIM tray, as it could be different from the actual IMEI.
The time frame for this service is 1-5 business days. Please allow up to 8 business days, just in case the server undergoes maintenance, or when there is a delay due to a large Number of Orders in Queue. Please make sure that you agree to this particular time frame before placing the order.
Once your phone is unlocked, you just have to connect your phone to iTunes.
If for some reason the server fails to unlock your phone (server down), full refund will be provided immediately.
Instruction after Phone Unlock
1. Insert a different network sim card (different to the original network the phone is locked too) 2. Switch the phone off 3. Load the itunes program, latest would be better. in your PC or Laptop 4. Connect the off phone to the USB cable now 5. The phone will Start it self after a few seconds or so. 6. itunes will start to search details on apple servers, once verified its unlocked. 7. It will now show in the itunes program that your phone is unlocked. 8. On the phone itself the different network sim card will start to pick up signal and carry on working as normal as unlock has completed.
Note: If the phone doesn't activate, then fully restore your phone with itunes.
