Bradford City F.A Cup Winners Coin Display Gift Set 1911

This display contains four 1911 British coins, namely: Threepence (this coins was struck in 92% silver), Penny, Halfpenny and Farthing.  All of the coins are dated 1911.


The coins are housed within a display that is held in a protection case, sized just over 17cm x 12cm. The display and case are in New/Mint condition and the coins are in Fine (or better) condition.

Our manufacturing process includes a precision laser cutting method to create the necessary holes in each display for the required coins to be inserted and held, safely recessed, in the correct position.

This would make a wonderful gift for a Bradford City fan.

The product can be removed from the protection case, to allow frame mounted display, if so desired.


 FA Cup Final (Replay) 26th April 1911:

Bradford City 1 Newcastle United 0

(at OldTrafford after 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace on 22nd April)

Newcastle, making their fifth appearance in seven years were unable to overcome their Crystal Palace jinx and were held to a scoreless draw by unfancied Bradford City.

58,000 people turned up to watch the replay in Manchester, a record for a midweek game. Newcastle could not overcome City's defence after the Yorkshire side scored after 15 minutes. The brand new FA Cup returned to Bradford, where it had been made.
