philosophy

The company Ü-Ei-Universum has existed since January 1st, 2005 and is run by me, André Feiler, born in 1980, as a sole proprietorship in Bremen. The range covers almost all collecting areas within the topic of Ü-Egg, but with a clear focus on the older vintages of the 70s and 80s. I started collecting surprise eggs myself in 1997. At first I liked the figures, but I soon expanded my collection to include the countless toys. In 2004 I sold my collection, but couldn't let go of the material and have been trading all kinds of OB contents ever since. Actually everything is the same as it was when I was collecting, I probably even have a lot more pieces now than I did back then. The difference, however, is: I can also part with things, even if it is sometimes difficult!

credentials

I worked as a freelancer for the collectors' magazine "Sammlercosmos" (Platzbecker Verlag) and wrote numerous information reports for it. Throughout the 2000s, I was also involved in the editorial work of the price guide "O-Ei-A", to which I finally took over all rights from Platzbecker Verlag in 2010. I founded my own publishing house, Feiler Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, and in 2011 I was also able to take over the rights to the price guide "Toys from the Egg" from SU Fantasia Verlag. For years, the Ü-Ei Universe has had an extensive circle of regular customers from home and abroad who appreciate the guaranteed originality of the goods on offer and who have formed friendships over many years. You can regularly meet me in person at the large stock exchanges in Dreieich and especially in Bremen, which I organize myself as the initiator.
