Delta Large 9-1/4" dia Variable Speed Pulley Splined Sleeve part number 400-00-130-5012.  New Old Stock and unused, but stored loose and has some dirt, possible dings, and oxidation.  These are older items and cosmetics are not the best, but should be fully functioning.
