Allows you add 15mm rod clamps to assemble a quick release baseplate, great gear for DIYers. It upgraded with 3D bubble level spirit, allows you make your camera stay horizontally!

The base clamp is compatible with Manfrotto 501PL / 501PL long quick release plate, Giottos MH621 / MH631 quick release plate.  Just reverse the active block. Of course, you can use the quick release plate and base clamp kit as "577 rapid connect adapter"
for your jib, crane, camera dolly, slider.. even tripod and monopod.

It is compatible 501PL quick replease plate (Which used in Manfrotto 501HDV 503HDV 701HDV 519 561 577 ), The dovetail quick release plate system is for both movie digital SLR camera and HDV. 


With 1/4" and 3/8" screw side screw holders, Never forget where's your backup camera screw.

Allows you mount the dovetail quick release plate system  onto tripod mount baseplate or camera mount adapter plate.
