Out-of-print, hardcover 5 ringed loose leaf book with over 200 pages from the American Radiator & Standard Sanitary Corporation, New York, NY & Pittsburgh, PA.

No. 7 Ideal Boiler (coal burning)- heavy corrugated air-cell asbestos insulation all over.
Series 1 to 5 Ideal Redflash Boilers (all fuels) – have a heavy layer of asbestocel insulation to reduce heat loss.
No. 11 Ideal Boiler (oil burning) - has an indestructible, corrugated air cell asbestos insulation to prevent heat loss.
No. 12 Ideal Boiler De Luxe (oil burning) - has an indestructible, asbestocel insulation to prevent heat loss.
No. 92 Ideal Boiler De Luxe (oil burning) and Regular Model (coal burning)- have an indestructible, asbestocel insulation to prevent heat loss and helps save fuel.
AGP Standard & Empire Ideal Boilers (gas fired ) - has thick air-cell asbestos insulation effectively preventing heat loss.
AGP Budget Water Heater - used Zonolite insulation. Zonolite is vermiculite a mineral known to be contaminated with asbestos which came from a mine in Libby, Montana.
No. 11 Ideal Arcoflame Heating Unit - has an indestructible, corrugated air cell asbestos insulation to prevent heat loss.

Book Condition:
The book is in GOOD condition!! The loose leaf book has normal wear from use. There are no locations of writing, underlining or highlighting of the text that I could find from a cursory review. Binding is intact. The pages have some minor browning due to age. It's a good used loose leaf book with plenty of life left in it!!
