Condition: Fresh, OG, NH and post office fresh and perforated on all 4 margins...please keep in mind that there is only record of one mint NH stamp selling over the past decade (please keep in mind also that 8 of the 12 stamps from the booklet pane have straight edge(s), making the completely perforated stamps very scarce)...normal centering for this tight margin stamp...no dealer has a similar listing anywhere at the time of this listing...
