ARM & HAMMER coffee mug Megalac dairy cows Old Fort Expansion 1991

This is a previously-owned, white, porcelain “Arm & Hammer” coffee mug. Manufactured in 1987, it stands approximately 4.5 inches tall and is approximately 3 inches in diameter. It is in great shape with no chips anywhere that we can see or feel (it was mostly on display).

Church & Dwight created household consumer products, most notably Arm & Hammer, Trojan, Brillo and Nair. The company’s production facility located in Old Fort, Ohio, became the most modern and efficient facility in the world for the manufacture of sodium bicarbonate. In 1987, the Old Fort facility added a separate production plant for a new dairy additive product, MEGALAC. The MEGALAC Rumen Bypass Fat technology was obtained in England and brought to the US as a new high-energy nutritional supplement for dairy cows.
