You are buying a brand new Bowen Designs Marvel Comics Thor Destroyer Armor Limited edition bust statue. This fully painted bust statue is sculpted by Gabe Perna and Ulises Cantu, stands 8 1/2 inches tall, comes ready to display, and is fully painted. This bust statue is brand new, never been removed from the box, still factory sealed and never been displayed. This edition is limited to only 1000 made. Released in 2008. This is a LARGE and HEAVY bust. You will receive one Thor Destroyer Armor Bust pulled from a factory case.

The Fates ordained that The Mighty Thor would face The Midgard Serpent in a fight that would claim the lives of both combatants. However, the Death Goddess Hela had thrown a crippling curse on Thor which weakened him. Thor donned a suit of powerful battle armor and faced the serpent. The serpent was killed but Thor discovered that the curse allowed him to suffer but not die. He was reduced to protoplasm.

Enter The Destroyer who came across this battle scene (thanks to Loki) and noted the empty armor and Thor's life essence. He tried to take Thor's spirit for his own. Bad plan. Thor's will proved too strong. Thor's life force took control of the Destroyer. Powered up like never before, Thor attached his belt, helmet wings, and cape to the Destroyer armor. He grabbed his Hammer and descended into the realm of Hela where he used the awesome power of the Destroyer to disintegrate sections of Hela until the Death Goddess was forced to release him from her spell.
