Here is a vintage Wescosa Magna-View optical plastic magnifier in the original box.  The box lid shows the original price of $3.95.  The optical plastic magnifier measures about 8 1/4 inches long.   The box measures 9 X 2 1/4 inches and is about 1 inch deep.  The box shows some dirt and some writing over the original price on lid; the magnifier is in excellent condition.   Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
