   Ready to paint bisque; Santa Head cookie Jar is approximately 12" tall, will be Poured and fired to cone 04 upon order. Due to the nature of our craft some items take longer than others but we do our best to get it out soon as possible and in order they come in, we thank you for your patience an understanding. If you buy the one with glaze inside it will take a little longer. Just use your imagination, be creative and have fun. If you don't have time, we can paint it for you. Just contact us through ebay for a price quote. If you decide you want us to paint it, we will make arrangements to talk to you about specifics. Any questions please feel free to contact us.

   We do all our own pouring, cleaning and firing. We have several thousand molds so if your looking for something specific, just ask we might have it!

Shipping Details:

We do our best to ship within 7 to 14 business days after payment is received. We ship Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Local pick by appointment only contact us for pick up time. (all international orders please contact us through ebay for the best possible rate). Combined shipping discount will only apply if multiple items are purchased at the same time. All others will be shipped separate due to ebay charges to us for shipping. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM PLEASE PLACE THEM INTO CART AND ASK SELLER FOR A TOTAL.

Return/Refund Policy:

Return/refunds must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. If you want to return the item to us regardless any reason, please contact us through ebay for return procedure and address. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders once final approval has been made. Buyer is responsible for shipping to and from there location.
