We accept item Returns only if it is not exactly as described in the listing or DOA. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item or return will NOT be accepted. Once returns authorisation is given, item must be returned within 7 days. Returned items must be in its original packaging Unused and in Resell able condition otherwise it will NOT be accepted. We reserve the right not to accept an item in a used condition.The cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.The returned item will be inspected and if faulty, will either be replaced where possible, or a credit will be given within 7 business days. Please note that postage and handling costs are non-refundable. If a faulty returned item is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of $10 or 10% of the item price (whichever is higher) will be charged, and the item will be posted back to the customer at his/her expense. If a non-defective item is returned for refund, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging, otherwise we will NOT accept the return for refund. A 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that postage costs are non refundable.For sales that have Free Post included in price a 20% restocking fee applies. As with any non-original part some minor adjustment to fit are to be expected due to the unknown model & condition of your RC, as there are many models unknown spec changes can occur it is advisable to check before installing or ask for advice. Some parts include new hardware where applicable, but some parts are designed to use your original hardware and fasteners. Shimming may be required for perfect alignment and fitment. Especially where alloy to stock plastic is being used. Some parts may require some permanent modification to the vehicle for fitment. Some parts may eliminate certain OEM features. Alloy parts are manufacturer specific in most cases. Anodising colour is dependent on batch and cannot be guaranteed to be the same. Colours in photos between camera and computer screen and eyesight is variable. Instructions for installation are not included unless specified if you do not know how to install the part, please ask for assistance or ask to see if compatible with your model. Before installation, please check metal-to-metal fasteners for tightness, and use liquid thread lock when required, as most components are assembled for packaging purposes only.

RC Cars there is no warranty on lost screws, nuts or parts when in use please check for tightness before using and after running & thread lock if necessary, screw purchases please check for correct length before Installation.
