Design Description:

🧛‍♀️ We couldn’t think of anyone better to portray The Empress in our Ghoulish Edition of the card than a sexy, seductive vampiress.

🌟 Above her head sits a crown of twelve stars, representing the twelve zodiac signs and signifying her connection to the metaphysical realm.

🍂 She is positioned in an open space within nature to express her connection to the natural realm.

♀️  The seductive manner of her body accompanied by the symbol of Venus around her neck suggests that this vampiress possesses characteristics of feminine fertility and sexuality. This is further embodied in the red shade of the chaise on which she sits.

💉 In her right hand, she holds an orb-shaped glass filled with the blood of her most recent victim. The blood represents masculine power, while the roundness of the glass is a feminine symbol for the world over which she rules.

💀 The skulls at her feet represent a recent and bountiful harvest for the vampiress.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.
