UHMW Polyethylene Tapes...
UHMW-(Mil)... Acrylic Adhesive
Ultra High Molecular Weight
(UHMW) Polyethylene Tape. 3 mil, 5 mil, 10 mil, 15 mil and 20 mil with an
aggressive acrylic adhesive. Its high
chemical and abrasion resistance and extremely low coefficient of friction
makes this a versatile engineering material for many severe service
applications. Materials slide freely over tape surface with no slip/stick
tendency. High impact strength and shock absorbing
properties. Outwears TeflonTM and is a good replacement when high
temperature resistance is not a requirement. Rub strips on conveyors, bearings
and sliding surfaces, chutes and hopper liners, dead plates, wear pads, guide
rails, furniture and drawer slides. Used primarily in automotive and mechanical
applications. UHMW-3A, 5A, 10A, & 15A meets automotive specs: Chrysler
MS-CH612, Ford ESB-M3G123-B, GM 6419M. UHMW-3A, 5A, 10A, & 15A are wound on
a 4 mil white paper liner; UHMW-20A is wound on a blue poly liner. 3” plastic core. FILM COLOR: Natural
transparent.

UHMW film the tape offers low friction and non-stick surface that allow materials to slide freely over the tape surface. The tape is easy to dispense, unwind, and install. Certifications: Chrysler MS-CH612, Ford ESB-M3G123-B, GM 6419M
UHMW film the tape, is used for general drawers, bottom edges of
drawers, mechanical drawers, chest of drawer, bottom cabinet rails, old
dressers with sticky drawers, vacuum cleaner, and shimming templates. Other
applications include sliding surfaces, wearing strips on conveyors, bearings
surfaces, chute channel liners, hopper liners, dead solid covering plates,
tables, fences, wear pads, and guide rail channels.
easy to dispense, unwind, and install. Usually it is 2x longer than
other brands sold on Amazon!
UHMW film
the tape, ensures smooth drawer sliding and creates a "slip plane"
effect that prevents dust accumulation. You can stop rings of curtain rods from
snagging when the drapes are being opened.
UHMW film the tape resistant to high chemical and abrasion ensures durability and helps this tape to withstand rigorous and critical service applications. With high impact strength and shock absorbing properties, this tape can be a great alternative to Teflon Trade when high temperature resistance is not a requirement
