We understand that its really important for you to receive your goods in a timely fashion and for a competitive price. To ensure that we can deliver this we have developed a strategic partnership with both the RoyalMail and UK Mail.

Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days by Royal Mail, and 1-2 working days by UK Mail for mainland UK addresses. If you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, we will aim to dispatch the same day. If you order after 3pm, we will try to dispatch the same day, but if we can’t it will be the next working day. Items ordered after 3pm Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched Monday. Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note, shipping times are an estimate, and can not be guaranteed.

In the highly unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction please follow the eBay returns procedure.

To return an item for a refund, replacement, or exchange: Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. Depending on the seller's return policy, we may put you in touch with the seller directly.

All goods are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately, Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address.

We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system for more info. Sorry, we will not be able to refund your return postage costs for an exchange.
