Return Policies: Non-Opened items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if stated in listing. DOA/defective items will be replaced with an identical item. Defective items must be notified within 3 days of receipt date. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items. S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable. Returns must be in original factory conditions, with all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Package must have all bar code labels.
