  • Composed of Bronze, with evidence that there was originally some sort of Gold Gilt work done due to the traces of gilt on the relief of the Buddha specifically chin, neck, top part of torso and forehead.

  • Meiji period (1868-1912), cast iron kakebotoke or votive plaque for a Buddhist temple or house shrine, showing Miroku Bosatsu (the Buddha of the Future) in high relief, inscribed on the front and back in Japanese, with protruding hangers from the top and fitted with rope.
