UK delivery

Fast & Free - Other 48h Courier will be sent with either Royal Mail or Hermes and will usually deliver within 3 days to a UK Mainland address.

Other 24 Hour Courier offers secure delivery with SMS notifications and delivers 97% of parcels on a next working day service.

DPD Next Day offers a next working day delivery service within a one hour time slot with full tracking and Email or SMS delivery notifications.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day and requires a signature upon delivery for extra security.

International Delivery

Royal Mail International Standard is an airmail service which usually delivers to EU Countries within 5-10 working days.

International Postage offers secure delivery typically within 5-7 Days to the EU and 7-14 Days worldwide.

Express International Postage will be sent with DHL which offers secure tracking and delivery to the EU within 1-3 days.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day the order is placed Monday to Friday up until 2pm (GMT).

During busy periods orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched so if your order is urgent or you have any concerns please contact us.

We use a range of different courier services provided by DHL, DPD, Hermes and Royal Mail, Our internal systems determine which service to use when shipping your order.

Unfortunately, for us to be able to continue to provide the most competitive prices we cannot offer free returns, you would be required to pay any returns costs.
Any returned items must be complete with the original tags and packaging and returned in fully re-saleable condition.
Shoes should be returned in the original box and placed in a postal bag, please do not seal shoe boxes with tape as this damages the box and we may not be able to accept the return.
We reccomend sending returns back with a signed/recorded service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
Please Note for us to be able to issue you with a refund you will be required to open a return in eBay.

Faulty Items

If you have any concerns about an item you purchased from us and believe it to be faulty then you would need to return it for an assessment.

If the item is indeed found to be faulty you will be offered either a repair (where possible), replacement or a full refund including any returns postage costs.
