PB of Fender Hamaokamoto is renewed!

One of the most influential bassists in the contemporary Japanese music scene. Born in 1991, Hama Okamoto formed ZUTTOZULETELLZ in 2008. Since 2009, as a member of OKAMOTO'S, he has energetically produced an album and participated in overseas tours. We have achieved great success at numerous festivals and live events.

His playing style is said to have been self-taught, but he has an exquisite sense of time, expressive phrasing that sings fluently, and Japanese agility. Its ability quickly became widely recognized, and in 2013, we entered into an endorsement agreement with Fender. After that, the much-anticipated signature model that was released at the end of 2015 has just reappeared with a new specification made in Japan.

Fenders made in Japan in recent years, such as the MIJ Traditional Series and MIJ Hybrid Series, have undergone a large-scale production process under the technical guidance and supervision of Maestro Chris Fleming, who was the senior master builder of the custom shop. Updates are being made.

This device is based on the 1968 Fender Precision Bass that HAMA OKAMOTO loves. A jazz bass style slim neck has been adopted with the theme of "easy-to-play precision bass". In addition to the vintage-style round paddle pegs and bridge cover, it has a distinctive originality such as a well-colored basswood body and a pick guard with a so-called "red glove" pattern.
