Pretty black woolen MINI tricorn hat with black ostrich feathers, black ruffled satin trim, black cocarde with a large sparkly jewel. There is an elastic strap that goes under your hair at the nape of your neck. This hat is more of a 3/4 size hat that sits on top of your head and not down on your head like a regular hat. The hat measures about 11"x10" wide.
