* Free delivery only available within Australia.

number and delivery address are very important for posting, we do not ship to PO.BOX.

* The delivery will not enter buyer's home and will only deliver the product or item to the ground floor.
If buyer reside in an apartment, the product need to be move from ground level to buyer's level
in buyer's responsibility.
* If any item or product is large or heavy, buyer must ensure that there is an able bodied
person available at the time and place of delivery, to assist our delivery man with the delivery of the
item or product. If no one is available to assist the driver, we can organise an additional driver at an
extra charge.
* All orders are sent with tracking to avoid loss or damage in transit & require a signature upon delivery.
* Usually the postage will arrive within the specific time frame, however in all instances, please
allow up to 10 business days for delivery, especially in courier peak season, such as pre-christmas
period, maybe will another extra turnarounds times for all deliveries. Please contact us if your parcel
has not arrived after this time.
* We reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred in the re-delivery of the item
or products indicated in your order confirmation if: (a) After confirming the delivery date with you,
there is no person at the delivery address to receive the item or products or no person at the delivery
address that is able to sign any consignment note indicating that the item or product has been
received; (b) Through no fault of our deliveryman, they are not able to unload or deliver the item
or product ordered to the delivery address (such as there being no person to assist if the item or
product is large or heavy, or if there is a hostile animal on the premises); or (c) The delivery address
is incorrect.

Payment is required within 3 days of purchase, We recommend immediate payment as stock is not
reserved until payment is received and often sells out quickly. NB. eBay automatically creates a non
payment dispute for any order without payment on day 4.
PAYPAL CUSTOMERS - Non Verified Accounts
A payment sent from a non verified account is received as an eCheque and takes up to 7 business days to
be cleared and credited by PayPal. This will result in delaying the processing of your order. Refer to your
PayPal receipt for confirmation of approximate date your payment will be cleared and credit date.
BANK DEPOSIT CUSTOMERS
To obtain our bank account details click on PAY NOW then select BANK DEPOSIT. Input your user ID as
the deposit reference. The processing of an order occurs after the payment is received.
Deposits and transfers made after 5pm Friday or during the weekend are processed by your bank the next
business day (PM).
NB: Credit Unions can take an extra business day to be processed.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
Orders are actioned immediately upon receipt of payment. A buyer is unable to cancel or amend the order
details including product or delivery details once the order is paid.

Return
Return Policy
* Return must be agreed and confirmed by seller before actual return.
* Item must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date, buyer need inform us by written via ebay

* All our items come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (excluding delivery charges). When returning goods,
items must be placed in it's Original Packaging ( include inner packaging ), All parts inside no lose.
Return freight is the responsibilty of the buyer.
* the returned products package must not be opened, and products must not be used. We understand the
outer package maybe have been opened for visual inspection, but buyer need keep the package same
as original after they seal back.
* Items not returned in original packaging, subjected to damage whilst in transit, soiled or generally not in
original condition when returned. Will be examined and if deemed not in original condition, we may deduct the
costs from the amount refunded.
* Buyer ensure that there is nothing ( return paperwork, email copy) stuck on the item or anywhere else inside
the packaging;
* onto the returned production outer packaging need the postable lables and return paperwork stuck onto.
* charges may apply if the products is damaged by buyers when returned item is received.
* seller reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement parts.
* if buyer request to replace the item and seller agree, a replacement will be sent to buyer after we receive
the return product, new dispatch and return freight are the responsibility of the buyer.
* Once the item has been returned, we will deduct the initial dispatch freight from buyer refund.
