Large PVC Vinyl 18" Garden Gnome Holding Flowers. Excellent, original, as shown. I'm guessing 1970s. Unmarked, but looks much like ZEHO.... I have also listed a couple of smaller vintage ZEHO Gnomes. I believe he's made of vinyl, could be another similar plastic.
