All items are shipped BRAND NEW in box. Most items are shipped double boxed and insulated with eco-friendly packing peanuts to protect your purchase. Other non-fragile items, not prone to damage, will ship in a single box.

Items are typically shipped through UPS ground. Orders are generally processed and shipped within two to three business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) upon receipt of cleared payment. However, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of your items from date payment is made due to UPS transit time. Sorry, we do not control the speed at which UPS delivers merchandise. Once your item is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This particular item is not available for local pickup as it ships directly to you from the manufacturer.

IMPORTANT! At this time, we do not accept orders sent to PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Orders can only be shipped to a physical street address within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
