Blade:
The blades are handmade by traditional Japanese craftsmanship. It is hand-forged by our experienced craftsmen, ancient roasted blue, hand-polished wavy, very beautiful and sharp.
The hardening and elasticity of the blade are strengthened by the ancient method of quenching, and the ultra-high performance. The blade can be automatically returned to the correct position after bending 60°. In this way, the practicality and fault tolerance of the sword will be greatly improved, whether it is practicing or fighting against the beast, it is more than enough.
This blade has a shape in "SHINOGI-ZUKURI" style. the thickness on the back becomes thinner from the half of the blade towards the tip, but the back turns to thick near the KISSAKI (tip).but also can balance the blade to achieve optimal performance. The blade is in full-tang which greatly enhances the strength of the whole sword.
Fitting:
This Tsuka is wooden one wrapped with genuine ray skin, and with silk ITO in the traditional wrap.
The Fuchi and Kashira on the tsuka are made of alloy with matching Menuki on each side as an ornament, two Mekugi (peg) are nailed to secure the Tasng of the sword. (Sword can be disassembled by picking up the two Mekusgi (peg)
This saya (sheath) of the sword is hard wooden, and lacquered superior paint to highly gloss the surface of it. The Sage-O is tied around the Kurikaka (knob) of the saya, the Koiguchi (scabbard mouth) and Kojiri (scabbard tip) has been hardened.
NOTE:
1.A silk sword bag comes with the sword. but the wooden stand in below item pictures is NOT included.
2.Please do not store in a humid environment. When the sword is not in use, please keep the blade clean and apply a coat of engine oil to prevent oxidation.
