Blade:

The Blade Of The Sword Has Been Hand Forged Using The Ancient Method Of Sword  Making . Full Hand Forged And Full Hand Polished.

This blade is made of folded 1075 steel and has folded 11 times to create the  2048 layers to increase the flexibility and hardness of the blade and a distinct  texture is left on the blade as a result of the repeated folding during the  process. The visible tenuous undulating grain on the blade was resulted from  folded repeatedly during forging.

This blade comes with a full length Tang which greatly enhances the strength of  the sword. this sword is strong enough to Cut through a thick bamboo tree with a  single strike yet sharp enough to slice paper.

This blade has been hand polished with multiple grade sharpen stone by Japanese method,  the blade is also very sharp.

Fitting:

Koshirae: The Tsuba (Guard), Fuchi (Sleeve) And Kashira (Buttcap) Of The Sword  Made Of High Quality Brass .The brass Habaki (Blade Collar) Is A One Piece  Construction. Two brass Seppas (Spacer) Secure The Tsuba.

Tsuka: The core of Tsuka (handle) is made of wood, and it is wrapped with Ito on the real Samegawa. The full length of the sword is fixed by two Mekugi (Peg). There is a brass machine button on the front. We need to press the button to pull out the samurai sword, which is equivalent to a safety device. This is a very delicate design.

Saya: Saya (sheath) made of standard iron sheath will become thicker and will not deform. The matte process has a good feel and firm texture, suitable for use in harsh environments or outdoors.
