For  damaged orders, please show us images so we can contact the courier and then send a replacement to you.

For a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping to us (we recommend a trackable return method) and we will refund your order.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders! Your order will be dispatched the same day  of receiving cleared payment by 2pm (Monday-Friday) from our UK based Birmingham Warehouse, so no lengthy waiting from other international sellers who state economy 3-5 days or longer delivery. 

You should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent via RM 1st Class), two to three days after dispatch (for orders sent via RM 2nd class) although these are not guaranteed. 

If you need the product urgently please choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery option for guaranteed next day delivery when ordering before 2pm.
