If you want the look of natural log hiding place for your reptiles with the convenience, strength, and wash ability of resin, then Zoo Med's new Turtle Hut is for you. Inert material means it won't mold and is easy to sterilize. It can be submerged in water for aquatic turtles, newts, and even shy fish or used on dry land for any species of reptile or amphibian.

I only accept paypal and postal orders.

Postage cost will be £3 - if you return this will be deducted from your refund.

You must contact me for a returns address, as it is different to the one on the label.

I do combine postage so please order off my other listings and i will send you a revised invoice, which cheaper postage.

Overseas: All overseas mail will be sent via royal mail recorded delivery. Please contact me for a price.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery within the UK I will endevour to get your item in the post as soon as I have received payment but this will not always be humanly possible due to family commitments.

In the sad fact of any problems:

Please allow 14 days before contacting me complaining of non receipt of your items. I always keep a record of postage. But i do not have any tracking number if your item gets lost i can only get your postage money back, if you want your item send recorded or insured please email me. You will not get your money back if it gets lost if not sent recorded or insured. IF NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DO NOT BID.

DAMAGES AND LOST ITEMS - If any of the items you receive from me are damaged in the post, please be sure to KEEP all of the packaging and contents as this will be needed to validate any claims with the post office.

Postage is NOT refundable under ANY circumstances.

I started this business as i found that many people where finding it hard to get hold of some products and that much of the advice given from pet shops and some internet sources is poor to say the least.

I also take in re homers.

I do not sell any of my tortoises so please do not ask.

We are a family run business supplying quality reptile goods. We specialise in seeds to grow your own food, bedding, calcium all from £1.20 FREE POSTAGE.

We have kept tortoise for over 16 years and have kept and bred some rare species such as pancake, indian star, tunisian, leopard tortoises.

We believe in keeping tortoise as close to wild conditions as possible.

Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible once payment has cleared. For larger items please be aware that a courier may be used, and as such a signature will be required. Where a signature is required, please be aware that you will be also be signing for the condition of the goods. If you are unable to check to ensure the goods are not damaged, please sign that the goods are ‘unchecked’. Failure to do so could invalidate a warrantee claim.

Please allow 1-10 days deliverly on dry items.

All orders must be processed before 8am for same day deliverly (if you choose this option)

Returns Policy

All items apart from consumables (bedding, seeds, supplements etc) come with a full warranty. Before making a return, please contact us to advise us of the situation. Our contact details are listed here. Depending upon what you have ordered, the return address may differ and as such we will need to ensure you return the correct item to the correct location. Please ensure returned items are not used or otherwise in a state not fit for resale. If the item has retail packaging, please wrap the item first to ensure that the packaging is not damaged. If items are returned with damaging packaging a restocking fee may be applied. Returns postage costs are refundable if items are faulty or damaged in the post, once returned to the supplier in original packing.

Postage is not refundable if items are purchased in error, but the item will be refunded if returned to the supplier in original packaging.

Items purchased in error and sent free post: you will be refunded minus postage costs.
