All items are tested prior to being mailed out however in very few cases (according to the customer) they have arrived DOA (2 in 2 years). If this happens you will need to return the item for testing and if Faulty an exchange unit will be mailed out at my cost ,  I will also reimburse the shipping cost to return the item to me

Alternators are removed from salvage vehicles. Engines , transmissions and components are tested prior to removal . You may/may not receive an item with a cracked or chipped brown plug. Do not panic! This is fine . As almost all of the alternators I mail out are genuine GM issue it is not uncommon for the plug to crack or chip simply be removing the plug while the parts being removed from the engine. This will not affect the part what so ever and is not visible once plugged into your car. This item is sold with a 30 day exchange warranty for your piece of mind. Warranty is for the possibility of the  item becoming faulty, not for change of mind. Thank you
