Our number one aim is to provide you with top quality products at a bargain price, we offer a no quibble return and exchange policy - to us, customer satisfaction is paramount!

We endeavour to ship all orders the same day when placed before 2pm (GMT) every Monday - Friday. All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail who cooperates with your country's postal services.

If you are outside the EU, please note that customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We offer a no quibble returns/exchange policy within 14 days. As long as the item is unused, with labels and tags attached (if any), it can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. You will be responsible for return costs.

Please add a note inside the package stating your order number and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. Customers outside the EU: On your customs declaration form, please mark it with "customer return". If not, the item might be returned to you by the postal service.
