Our policy for new mobile phones is a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months, we will repair or replace your phone, free of charge. If we cannot do this, we will refund your purchase. For used Mobile phones, they have 6 months warranty.

The warranty does not cover liquid or accidental damage. The battery is not covered under the warranty. It is a consumable part and may need replacing from time to time.

This particular phone has its original box, charger, and new headphones. All our mobile phones are fully checked by our technicians before we dispatch them. We also make sure that the phones set back to factory settings before we send to the customers.
