You are buying a freshly minted 2-metal SILVER/GOLD PLATED medal to commemorate the 100 years Anniversary of the Establishment of Manila Mint, the only US Mint founded outside of the United States mainland. The obverse of this medal was minted using the OLD DIE of the 1920 Wilson So-called dollar medal. The reverse is from a newly casted die modified and patterned from the old die.
