This is a very pretty peach opalescent carnival glass compote with the diamonds and arches interior Folding Fan pattern made by Dugan Diamond Glass, circa 1915.
Very Brief Background on Dugan.  Thomas Dugan and his cousin Harry Northwood started out as employees at the Hobbs-Brockunier firm in Wheeling, West Virginia.  Eventually, Mr. Northwood would form the Northwood Glass Company of Wheeling, West Virginia and Mr. Dugan would form the Dugan Glass Company of Indiana, Pennsylvania.  Both companies were kingpins of the carnival and opalescent glass market in the early 1900's and both would close their doors in the mid 1920s.
Condition.  This compote is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.  Very nice.

...A really nice example of Thomas Dugan's fine craftsmanship.
