Roofing felt was made of asbestos.
Cap sheets for roofing coverings were made of asbestos.
Plaster and wallboard for interiors specified Keene’s Cement
and vermiculite aggregate materials.
Keene’s Cement is a product known to contain asbestos. Vermiculite is a mineral known to be
contaminated with asbestos.
Asbestos millboard was specified
when there was a reduced clearance to heat producing appliances (such as
furnaces/fireboxes).
Asbestos was specified for proscenium curtains.
