At this stage, there are not any mattresses on eBay that have been formally endorsed by an official chiropractor. These are just marketing gimmicks. Can I sleep on Zinus mattress the first night? Our mattresses typically take 48-72 hours to fully decompress, but this process can sometimes take up to a week. You are free to sleep on the mattress during this time. In fact, we recommend it! Jumping, walking, and sleeping on your mattress helps with decompression! Doing so helps air flow into the mattress and aids in the decompression process. 10. How do I know a Zinus mattress is safe? All our mattresses have been tested and meet the requirements of the Cigarette Smouldering Test (16 CFR Part 1632) and the Open Flame Test (1633-Federal flammability). Our bed bases are designed to accommodate most memory foam, spring and hybrid mattresses. We do not recommend using air or water mattresses with any of our bed bases. 6. I can't find the hardware for my Upholstered Bed All components for this specific bed frame can be found by simply unzipping the back of the headboard. This storage space can also be used when moving or storing the unit. Please note that most hardware is pre-installed onto the frame. The hardware kit that is provided are the spare parts as the rest of it is pre-installed. Please loosen the hardware with the allen wrench, attach the additional parts as needed and tighten down the screws. An Allen wrench is provided in the spare parts kit. 7. What type of slats do you use on your beds? The type of slats vary across our different ranges, some have solid steel made in our own factories or quality timber. All of our beds feature a rock solid steel frame. Our bed frames feature a row of slats that lie across the entire width of the bed. These are then reinforced with an additional support bar that runs down the middle of the bed frame. This centre support bar creates a more sturdy bed frame structure.
