Tuff Torq Industries (TTi) parts are manufactured from high quality materials and their Quality Control is second to none so you can be confident that not only your product will continue to perform for a long period of time, but that it will be aesthetically pleasing directly out of the box.

TTi mandrel bent muffler delete eliminator pipes replace your standard rear mufflers on your VE Commodore. Supplied complete with new gaskets, these bolt straight up to your original exhaust system and require no modifications to the car meaning you can return it back to standard very easily.

These muffler delete pipes are an affordable way to get a louder sound, without going to the huge expense of a full exhaust system. The unique J Pipe design assists in reducing drone compared to other straight pipe options.

All TTi performance exhaust systems are proudly designed in Australia for Australian Conditions. TTi performance exhausts feature fully CNC mandrel bent piping, laser cut flange plates, and are made from heavy duty aluminised mild steel. This combination gives you a great sound and long life compared to your standard system.

So what is mandrel bent piping and why is it so important? A mandrel is a steel rod or linked ball that is inserted into the tube whilst it is being bent, which gives the tube extra support to reduce wrinkling and also prevents weakening the tube during the bending process. All TTi performance exhaust systems feature full CNC mandrel bent piping, which results in no weak spots or thin sections in the system, whilst at the same time optimising exhaust flow and engine performance.

Compared to some other options on the market, we chose to use thick flanges to eliminate any risk of warping or leakage, as well as utilising a thicker rod for the exhaust hangers for added strength and durability. The aluminised mild steel construction delivers a strong, heavy duty product whilst keeping the price affordable. Mild steel is not brittle and can cope with the harsh conditions found under the average car in virtually all conditions.
