This is for King Comics © May 1967, Mandrake the Magician #5. The story is "Cape Cod Caper".  Mandrake captures a group of pirates using an old PT boat to rob other vessels.

This book appears in (nm 95) with the expected nics, tics, wear and tear. I only see two tics at the lower staple.  Thanks for looking.     0532-0206-95
