WELCOME

We purchase our items brand new, directly from major manufacturers, for sale directly to you. Other than to inspect for defects and take listing pictures, all items are stored in our smoke-free warehouse with everything originally received at time of purchase until sold and shipped out. 

(If this is a used item it will be listed on eBay as used - thank you)

• Boxes with dents or scratches are not considered "damaged" and cannot be replaced.

• We do not offer an overnight shipping option

• We ship same day or next day

• We reserve the right to use the most economical shipping method on all items listed with free shipping

• Expensive items may require a signature to ensure proper delivery

International Packages

All items purchased are valued at the price paid and ship as merchandise.
Local Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST) or a similar consumption tax might apply, depending on the tax legislation of your country of residency. These costs are a buyer's responsibility and are not included in our selling price. We recommend checking with your local customs office as to what the charges would be on items prior to purchase to avoid any surprises when a package arrives.

All international packages ship with tracking for delivery and insurance purposes.

Return Policies

Whether we accept returns or not is based entirely on the item listed and varies per listing.  Refunds are based on what I have outlined below and I now term:

"The consequential inconvenience for the convenience of purchasing on-line refund reality check"

A shipping carrier's charges and any sales tax paid goes directly to eBay and is deducted by eBay before we receive a payout for our sold item. Based on this fact, any refundable amount for a returned item will be based on eBay's payment to us - not total paid to eBay at time of sale.

• (example1:  amount item sold for&shipped free = refund of amount item sold for less shipping cost)
• (example2: amount item sold for + paid shipping = refund of amount item sold for)
• If any sales tax was paid - it is never included and never refunded unless refunded by eBay.

Returnable Purchases

If a listing states that we accept returns and we agree to a buyer's request to return an undamaged item:

• Buyer/Seller responsibility for return shipping costs varies per listing, some returns are free and some are not depending on the item & reason for return.
• If any of the original packaging is missing or unusable please inform us when you contact us
• Item needs to arrive back to us (within 5 days if possible) with everything it had when it shipped out before any refund amount will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We DO NOT accept return requests for no return listings.

Most of our no return listings will contain pictures taken of the actual item for sale, not stock photos.

If we list an item with defects we try to picture them clearly and will reference if it is defective in our description.

If you decide to purchase a non-returnable item *ALL SALES ARE FINAL*, please do not ask to return your purchase.

If An Item Arrives Damaged

Sadly, as the seller, we have no control over what happens between when it leaves us and you receive it.

This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.

We do not offer replacements

If your item is damaged upon arrival "it is not our doing" and becomes the shipping carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the value of the item purchased.  

Please let us know within 3 days and include photos for the on-line claim (please include one of the outer box and one of original shipping label with tracking#).

Options for filing claims are:

• As the buyer, you can file the online damage claim from your end and receive any refund for your purchase directly (this is the quickest refund option)
• or
• We can process the claim at our end and credit the initial payment for amount paid of the claim(or all if claim is actually paid in full) after we receive the reimbursement (this can take 4-6 weeks depending on the Post Office )

Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.

After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.

Finally, a buyer can always choose eBay's Money Back Guarantee to complete a refund transaction. 

If chosen, or, if for some reason, claiming an item is not as described...then the process is as follows:

• The item will need to be shipped back - all items, including non-returnable purchases.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage
• Item needs to arrive back to us within 5 business days and include everything it originally shipped with before any refund of item price will be processed.

( original cost to ship or tax collected by eBay are not refundable )
