Operations:
●Put chip on the back of corresponding BGA reball stencil and fix it with insulating adhesive tapes;
then spread Tin-Lead Solder Paste evenly onto BGA reball stencil and heat with heating gun until Tin-Lead Solder Paste is solidified fully;
At last, the chip is repaired and in good condition.
●Applied to iPad 2/3/4, iPad mini 1/2/3/4, iPad Pro.
