Postage Terms:
-Same day postage when payment is received by 2pm Monday to Friday AEST
-Our orders are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please (If you have a preferred preference please express on checkout)
-Orders sent via regular post will generally arrive within 2-5 business days, however carriers advise to allow 7-10 especially for more remote areas
-Order sent via express post will generally arrive within 1-2 business days however carriers advise to allow 3-4 especially for more remote areas
-Pickup is available these details will be passed across to buyer once a commitment to purchase has been made
-All items will be shipped without the original box unless otherwise arranged
We ship most orders without boxes to save on shipping, Our empty shoe boxes are donated to Christmas Charity Appeal
Refunds and Exchanges:
-We offer a no questions asked exchange program
-goods however must be returned in unused unworn condition
Please contact us before returning for an exchange so we can make sure your colour and size is available. Buyer is responsible for the return of the item, For exchange we will post the exchange item out free of charge
-We offer a 30 day refund no questions asked
Simply return the goods to us in original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price
