Warranty:
Our policy for brand new mobile phone(s) is if a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months, we will repair or replace your phone, free of charge. If we cannot do this, we will refund your purchase. For used mobile phones they have 6 months warranty. The warranty does not cover liquid or accidental damage. The battery is not covered under the warranty. it is a consumable part and may need replacing from time to time.

If you are happy with your product please leave us feedback. We value your custom and if there is a problem with your item once you receive it, we would like to offer an alternative option, For example if the item is damaged or an incorrect item please contact us via eBay messenger.
Services:
We have a number of services which includes helping you choose the right device for you. Mobile phone repairs, Unlocking mobile phones, Topping up credit on your mobile phones, diagnosing problems with the software on your device and we also offer free sim cards with pay as you go mobile phones.
Shipping:
Unless a customer hast sent us an eBay message confirming they would like an alternative delivery method the items will be sent by either Free Standard Delivery in the UK or we will send certain items by recorded or special delivery at our own discretion. We will dispatch any items the same day if the item is purchased before 3PM. The items can be collected in person if you require this option please confirm with an eBay message.
Returns:
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition. Before opening a case please contact us immediately via eBay messaging system. We will endeavour to arrive at your satisfaction.
In the case that you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund. If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you must return it within 14 working days for a full refund. The item must be in a re-sellable condition i.e. the item must be unused and the packaging must still be intact. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage.All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. With postage free items we will deduct postal charges and selling fees from the refund amount which varies with each item.
To process returns quicker, please attach a note within the package including your; full name, eBay user ID and reason for return. Please send your returns (preferably by a postal service that will provide proof of delivery)
