DKN Brand
A: It's important to keep your treadmill in an environment that is not exposed to extreme temperatures, hot or cold. If your conservatory does not suffer from condensation and is heated in winter, with sun shades to keep it cool in the summer then it'll be OK.
A: Hi. The top of the running deck of the EzRun is 6.5 inches off the floor when in the zero incline position
A: The warranty for the EzRun is 2 years parts and labour - to get the 2nd year, please register the product within 28 days of the date of purchase.
A: The EzRun is a high quality treadmill. Once set, the belt will not move around and will remain stable.
A: The DKN EzRun is one of the quieter treadmills we've come across - and we've seen a lot of treadmills. The motor is quiet and the cushioning is excellent.
A: The maximum incline is a true 12% - which is lung-busting for most people!
A: The START button will start it. The STOP button will stop it. The SPEED buttons allow you to select the speed. The INCLINE buttons allow you to select the incline. It can do more of course, but these are the basics you need in order to operate it. It's as easy to use as it's possible to make it.
A: The max user weight on the EzRun is a heavy-duty 130kg (20.5 stone)
A: This machine has been updated for 2019. Prior versions were compatible with Polar chest straps. Now, the treadmill works with Bluetooth® Smart (BLE 4.0) heart rate transmitters.

A: The EzRun has the following dimensions (in use): Length=183cm (72”), Width=85cm (33.5”), Height=143cm (56.3”). There must be 2 metres of clear space behind the running deck where you access the equipment for safety reasons. A: If your garage is insulated and is warm and dry throughout the year then it will be OK. However if it's an ordinary garage without heating/insulation we'd say it's better not to put it in there as that type of environment can damage the electrical components in your treadmill.
A: Hi. The EzRun treadmill comes pre-assembled and folded in the box. Just unpack it, unfold it and lock everything into position with the supplied bolts and washers, and you’re ready to run! The instructions are easy to follow and there is no need to assemble any parts, so there’s no need for a professional installation. If you do still need help in getting it ready to run on please let us know by emailing us at support@sweatband.com before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.
A: Yes. Like all modern treadmills, to keep it running smoothly and properly maintained you need to add silicon oil lubricant to the belt regularly. This is very quick and easy to do. Just lift up the belt and spread the lubcricant between the deck and the belt in the area you run on the most.
A: Yes. The EzRun has an assisted lift mechanism making folding it nice and easy. It also has a soft drop so to unfold you just release the safety mechanism and stand back. It'll lower itself to the floor gently.
