Two sets of 10A high current silver contact relays are used on the board.
Using a fully discrete transistor component design, each of the two channels has a set of independent detection DC signals.
Note
The protection board is powered and cannot share the same set of voltage with the previous stage, which will damage the short circuit.
Protection board input DC voltage:> +-0.6V, then IN OUT is cut off.
There is an LED display on the board. In the case of power-on delay or DC protection, the LED is flashing; when it works normally, the LED is always on.
About the protection board test
Use a digital universal meter and pull it to the 2-pole position.
Connect the red pen to IN and the black pen to GND, the relay is disconnected, and the LED flashes.
Then connect the black pen to IN and the red pen to GND, the relay is disconnected, and the LED flashes, then the protection is normal.
Transparent relay version:
Wiring: 3-pin socket, AC12-0 is connected to the transformer AC 12V; AMPGND is the power ground wire of the power amplifier board; AMPOUT is the OUT+ output signal + of the power amplifier board; speakers+ is the speaker +.
